Maintenance and Hourly Rates:

Our Maintenance includes minor webpage maintenance to regular webpages which also includes store product pages, including updating links and making minor changes to a sentence or paragraph. It does not including removing nearly all the text from a page and replacing it with new text. If the client or an agent other than our partners attempt updating the client's pages, time to repair webpages will be assessed at the hourly rate, and is not included as part of the updating time. The maintenance period commences upon the date the client signs up with our Service Maintenance. 

Changes requested by the client beyond the scope of this maintenance limits will be billed at the hourly rate of $ _________, which is at least 25% and up to 50% off of our normal development and administrative hourly rates. This rate shall also govern additional work authorized beyond the maximums specified above for such services as general Internet orientation education, marketing consulting, webpage design, editing, modifying product pages and databases in an online store, and art, photo, graphics services, and helping clients learn how to use their own webpage editor. CGI programming charges (if any) are not included in this rate.

Having a Service Maintenance agreement with us will ensure that your site and services are up in it optimal performance. You will also not get the above services, but you will also be entitled to our discounted VIP Support rates up to 50%.  If in any case you needed more than your allotted monthly hours.

We not only will maintain your pages, application  and database, we also go beyond what we have already provided you. We will extend our service with your current Web Host and Email Host.  Please see SHARED, VPS and DEDICATED server maintenance.

Software:

Our system administrators know how to install, configure, and rectify most every operating system and/or enterprise server application.
